Job Title: Mobile Application Quality Assurance Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will focus on post-release and post-implementation testing of our mobile application, ensuring high-quality user experiences across both English and local language versions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation UAT testing for mobile applications in both English and local languages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute test cases based on defined business requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and issues to development teams; ensure timely resolution and retesting.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on testing progress and escalate potential risks or blockers to the UAT Project Lead.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test results, and defect logs to support formal sign-off processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile app testing or end-user testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing Android mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with REST API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and experience in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

The ideal candidate will work in a standard office environment. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs.
