Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation code and manual testing strategies to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement innovative test techniques.
  • Provide test support for live and reproduction environments.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience working within an agile/scrum team.
  • Good understanding of QA & QC, SDLC, STLC, and basic programming concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and data analysis.
