**Scrum Master Opportunity**

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes across our development teams. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth execution of sprints.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Monitor team performance using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
