We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. This role ensures coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, tracks project progress, manages documentation, and helps mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Track and update project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocations.
  • Manage project documentation including requirement documents, change orders, RFIs, and reports.
  • Communicate with clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support in preparing project presentations and status reports.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) in collaboration with HBSC project teams.
  • Ensure alignment of Agile practices across multiple teams, promoting transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
