Key Performance Indicators Specialist Role

Grade Level: L2, Location: HQ - Islamabad.

This is a role that requires self-driven individuals who want to contribute to a dynamic team. You need to have strong interpersonal skills as you will be collaborating with multiple teams including Segments, Pricing, Digital, Data Science, CVM, Consumer Insights.

The role reports directly to the Head of Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating visibility to management through interactive dashboards to monitor performance and raise red flags timely

· In-depth analysis to identify drivers impacting customer behaviour, engagement, and base composition

 

· Enriching analysis by integrating consumer insights and keeping pace with evolving market dynamics

· Support strategic planning and decision-making through data modeling and scenario analysis

· Effectively communicating and presenting insights to colleagues, senior management, stakeholders etc.

· Developing enough analytical infrastructure to help answer business queries readily and efficiently

· Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in all analytical outputs

· Automate recurring reporting processes and streamline data workflows.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance goals, targets, and success indicators

 

· Ability to coordinate with Regional teams to support them in their KPIs
