Lead Generation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Expert to drive business growth through data-driven strategies.

This role will work closely with our sales, messaging, and demand generation teams to extract valuable information from client calls, add value through innovative ideas, establish strong customer relationships, and possess a deep understanding of business and entrepreneurship.

  1. Develop robust customer profiles based on ideal customer profiles.
  2. Update and manage the existing customer database ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Receive feedback from clients and update research methodologies to improve performance.
  4. Monitor the database for inconsistencies and implement measures to rectify any errors promptly.
  5. Maintain a best-in-class customer database that supports business growth and decision-making.
Key Requirements:
  • B2B Database Platform Expertise: Proficient in utilizing tools such as InsideView, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research company and individual-level data.
  • Conscientious Data Management: Dedicated to maintaining the integrity of large datasets.
  • C-Level Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with C-level and Director-level executives.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with consultant and partner teams locally and nationally to develop proposals, onboard new clients, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Support Growth Marketing Initiatives: Assist with PR, content, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Support the future expansion of the growth marketing team by identifying innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: Understand sponsored search, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO principles.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to extract valuable insights from client calls and pass them along to development and SEO teams.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Bring value to the organization through innovative ideas and problem-solving.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Business Acumen: Possess a good understanding of business and entrepreneurship principles.
Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation strategies. This includes developing and maintaining customer profiles, updating and managing the customer database, and receiving feedback from clients to improve research methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B database platforms, C-level relationship building, collaboration, and digital marketing acumen. They will also have analytical abilities, innovation and creativity, relationship building skills, and business acumen.
