Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming front office environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and manage meeting rooms effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies and inform management when inventory is low.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and copying as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Uphold security protocols and monitor visitor access.
Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role (1+ year).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer service attitude and team-player mindset.
Work Mode and Location:

This is a full-time position that requires working from our office location in DHA 1 Sector F Rwp.

Salary:

The salary for this position is market competitive.
