Responsibilities of the Administrative Liaison include:

  • Efficiently scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, ensuring no conflicts and timely task completion.
  • Handling phone communications with clients, maintaining a polished tone, and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Overseeing the CEO's personal schedule, including managing home-related tasks and shopping requirements remotely.
  • Developing, writing, and publishing engaging blog content on a weekly basis.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining the CEO's Wordpress website to ensure current and professional content.
  • Utilising Zoho One, Calendly, Zoom, and Outlook for administrative duties such as scheduling, communication, and task management effectively.
