Customer Experience Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and/or supply chain management, with 4-5 years of relevant experience.

A key aspect of the role is leading a team of customer-facing professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for employee development, including setting targets, conducting performance reviews, and creating career development plans.

Another critical aspect of the role is order management, where the candidate will provide expertise and information to various stakeholders, ensuring continuous process improvement and harmonization.

In addition, the Customer Experience Manager will interact with business management and sales teams to stay up-to-date on business development and customer needs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a customer-focused approach, foster cross-business unit knowledge sharing, and develop self and others collaboratively.

To excel in this role, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of products/services and preferred knowledge of SAP and OTC/business processes.
