Job Overview

The role is responsible for managing business operations, vendor relations, and data maintenance. You will handle financial transactions, resolve payment issues, monitor aging reports, and ensure timely processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit and track invoices, ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices, vendor order discrepancies, and rejected invoices.
  • Handle order confirmations, change orders, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with vendors, client teams, and other departments to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
  • Maintain and upload data to the system, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Provide reporting and support for financial transactions and account reconciliations.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist with service invoices and collections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and customer service.
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel (advanced functions), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with global teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused attitude and patience.
Work Schedule:

This position requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Friday.
