  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, analyze, and improve customer service interactions, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.
  4. Provide actionable feedback to enhance AI's ability to handle complex service scenarios and deliver human-like responses that exceed customer expectations.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions to facilitate informed decision-making.
  6. Support the continuous training and refinement of AI tools by providing real-world examples of superior customer service that drive positive outcomes.
