Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department, maintaining clear communication.
  3. Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules with precision, minimizing conflicts and maximizing productivity.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with efficiency, maintaining a smooth workflow.
  5. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, reflecting positively on our professionalism.
  6. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing, supporting the team's operational needs.
  7. Provide general support to the team as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably), demonstrating a commitment to education.
  2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  3. Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace, showcasing technical aptitude.
  4. Exhibit the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  5. Demonstrate a professional attitude and customer service mindset, consistently providing excellent service.
