Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data-driven solutions
  • Design and deploy statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics models to address complex business problems
  • Communicate complex technical insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science, machine learning, and AI advancements, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or advanced training in applied mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 4+ years experience in Data Analyst or Business Intelligence
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
  • Familiarity with data cleansing, transformation, and validation
  • Experience with DevOps CI/CD tools and automation processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
