Financial Reporting Position

We are looking for a talented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through insightful financial reporting and analysis. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering comprehensive financial reports to management, analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances, and addressing regional finance concerns with solutions.

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to gather financial and operational data, consolidate the data, and maintain schedules and documentation for Profit & Loss (P&L) items. You will also conduct weekly financial projections with relevant teams, review project budgets, grants, and contracts for alignment, and monitor and enforce budget controls.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential.
