We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will support business operations by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation
  • Assist in developing business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives
  • Create process flowcharts, wireframes, and documentation to support development teams
  • Support project managers and development teams in the implementation of IT and business solutions
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management or requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
