About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the construction and supervision of dams and hydropower projects.

As a Senior Engineer/ARE Dams, you will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, construction drawings, and project requirements.

  • You will conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • You will prepare detailed reports on project progress, including inspection records, quality control checklists, and recommendations for corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the construction activities for dams and hydropower projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to address technical queries and ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
