Education and Training Lead

This is a key role within our organization that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in student admissions, sales, or a related field, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and supervise a team of admission officers.

They will be responsible for overseeing the entire admission process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for students, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative marketing strategies to drive lead generation and strengthen our efforts in the higher education sector.
  2. Optimize content marketing across multiple platforms to attract potential students and promote our services effectively.
  3. Engage with company social media posts to boost interaction, visibility, and brand awareness.
  4. Integrate social media platforms with our systems for efficient lead tracking, management, and analysis.
  5. Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs and readiness for admission, providing personalized guidance to each student.
  6. Collect necessary documents from prospective students for application processing and verify their eligibility.
  7. Provide initial guidance and counseling before directing students to admission officers for further support and assistance.
  8. Allocate qualified leads to admission officers for follow-up and conversion.
  9. Supervise a team of admission officers, promoting efficiency, effectiveness, and excellent customer service.
  10. Continuously monitor admission trends, analyze data, and optimize strategies accordingly to improve results and student satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the study abroad industry, with a strong understanding of student counseling and admission processes.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  4. Ability to analyze marketing trends, optimize strategies, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  5. Proficiency in social media management, CRM tools, and other relevant software applications.
