Your primary responsibility will be to manage the admission process from receiving documents to making decisions.

  • Develop and implement admission policies and procedures.
  • Manage the entire process, including communicating with prospective students and providing information about institutions, its programs, and admission requirements.

You will also provide guidance and support to students throughout the process and deal with queries from various sources. Additionally, you will participate in recruitment events and activities at different universities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement admission policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  2. Manage applications from start to finish, ensuring all necessary steps are taken and deadlines are met.
  3. Review applications and make informed decisions based on academic records, English language proficiency, and other criteria.
  4. Communicate effectively with students and their families, providing detailed information about institutions, programs, and admission requirements.
  5. Offer ongoing guidance and support to students throughout the admission process.
  6. Respond promptly to queries from various sources, including social media campaigns and in-person events.
  7. Participate in recruitment events and activities at different universities to promote our institution and build relationships with potential students.
