Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist with a Creative Edge

Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to support our brand and campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of research, content creation, visual design, and video editing skills to help develop and execute compelling digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate research insights into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and plan digital campaigns (social media, paid ads, organic content).
  • Develop content strategies tailored to brand goals and audience segments.
  • Write compelling captions, post copy, ad text, and short video scripts that maintain brand tone and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Visual Design Requirements:
  • Design eye-catching and brand-aligned creatives for social media (static, carousel, infographic posts).
  • Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Pro to produce professional visuals.
  • Maintain high visual standards across all assets.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics Skills:
  • Edit and produce short-form video content (e.g., reels, testimonials, explainers).
  • Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut (or equivalent) to add motion graphics and visual effects.

Required Skills & Tools:
  • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro
  • Soft Skills: Creativity, time management, attention to detail, ability to work independently

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freelance or in-house digital marketing
  • Proven portfolio of relevant design, copy, and video work
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
