Job Description

As a General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation across products and regions, ensuring yields across products through Regional Heads. This involves overseeing Marketing and Sales efforts, working closely with Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top-line market share and meet revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop sales plans, design structures, and processes to drive revenue growth. Plan and manage the sales process, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research, and strategies.
  2. Distributor Performance Management: Regularly review distributor performance through Regional Managers, identify gaps in performance, and take corrective measures to close these gaps.
  3. Team Collaboration and Development: Conduct regular meetings with distributors and sales teams to discuss target status, product training, and sales strategy. Coordinate with HRD to provide trainings to the sales force.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from regional offices and distributor feedback.
  5. New Product Launch: Coordinate with production departments to ensure timely orders and smooth operations. Update management on progress, profitability, and region-wide achievements.
