You will be part of the leadership team in Pakistan, where we drive change through our large sales team to help Health Care Professionals (HCPs) so they can offer the benefits of our quality brands to their patients so they can live a better life. Our team is responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. We are committed to building positive relationships with our key stakeholders. The position
As Sales Director, you will primarily be responsible for defining, articulating and implementing the organization's strategy for selling diabetes and obesity products in Pakistan to meet organization's sales targets and contribute to the process of gaining market share.
In this role you are expected to:
- Demonstrate the ability to drive revenue growth, develop successful sales strategies, and contribute to overall company objectives.
- Exhibit leadership and management skills to build and motivate a high-performing sales team and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Have a strategic mindset, developing & implementing plans, setting objectives, and devising effective tactics to achieve revenue & market share.
- Possess a strong understanding of the market, industry, and customer behavior, identifying emerging opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Communicate sales objectives, strategies, and performance metrics effectively both internally & externally.
- Utilize data to drive decisions, leveraging sales analytics and CRM tools to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
- Maintain an innovative & adaptable mindset, responding to changing market dynamics, new sales technologies, and evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve overall business objectives.
- Conduct sales activities with integrity, demonstrating an ethical & compliance mindset with sales regulations & processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Pharmacy from a reputed university, along with 12-15 years of experience in a similar capacity in multinational pharmaceutical.
- At least 5 years in a 2nd line People Management role within pharmaceutical sales, as well as experience in pharmaceutical sales & marketing.
