Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure high-quality performance across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and chats.

Main Responsibilities:

The QA Specialist will play a critical role in evaluating and assessing B2B sales calls for quality, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating call recordings to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Providing detailed feedback and actionable recommendations for improvements.

In addition, the QA Specialist will be responsible for reviewing sales-related email and chat communications for clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with brand tone and customer engagement standards.

Other key responsibilities include monitoring inbound leads to ensure proper handling and response time, evaluating lead engagement quality, and providing feedback for improvement.

The QA Specialist will also conduct coaching sessions with sales representatives based on findings from evaluations, offering constructive feedback to improve performance and overall customer experience.

Further responsibilities include performing regular account audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained, conducting random audits on calls and other sales interactions as needed, and analyzing marketing campaign results by generated leads versus conversions.

Apart from these tasks, the QA Specialist will plan and conduct training sessions aimed at improving sales performance and customer engagement, addressing specific areas of improvement based on audit findings and trends.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication and coaching abilities, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Proven experience in sales and quality assurance in a relevant line of business, preferably within a B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with call, email, and chat platforms, as well as CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
