Job Title: Paid Ads Manager

At Global Talent Outsourcing, we are seeking a results-driven individual to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our eCommerce store.

This is a full-time position that offers long-term growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, PPC, or social media ads, with experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and/or Performance Max). They should also possess strong analytical and communication skills.

In this role, you will analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI. You will conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis, as well as collaborate with creative teams for ad copy and visual assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
  • Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with creative teams for ad copy and visual assets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and/or Performance Max)
  • Experience in digital marketing, PPC, or social media ads
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup during US working hours
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus
