Strategic Transport Planning:
Developing optimal routes and delivery schedules.
Considering elapsed time of the drive, service time and capacity utilization for vehicles.

Quality Assurance:
Ensuring proper disposition of food products subjected to spills or other disasters during transportation.
Verifying safety, hygiene and food quality through temperature monitoring.
Conducting quality checks before loading, in transit and after loading.

Loading:
Arranging labor (loading and unloading) if required by clients, maintaining their records and handling all related tasks.
Coordinating loading information from drivers to clients.
Providing instruction/training to workforces on how to load cargo effectively.
Optimizing load and unload times.

In Transit Operations:
Responding to vehicle accidents and assisting drivers at the scene.
Responding to on-road breakdowns and repairing or replacing necessary parts to put vehicles back in service or driving back to the shop for further repairs.
Monitoring vehicle movement and following up from origin to destination.
Handling all in-transit queries from drivers.
Continuously updating customers about their cargo status while in transit.
Maintaining records of loading, unloading and in-transit stop timings and dates.
Managing and reporting all work-related injuries.
Managing and recording all documents and generating reports for analysis purposes.

Job Specification

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of logistics experience in the same field with excellent time management skills and very good analytical skills regarding food products for loading.
