Job Overview

Seeking an operations coordinator to coordinate the setup and implementation of smart schools across the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technology Rollout: Coordinate the installation of technology, including TVs, clickers, and other hardware, at all smart schools.
  • Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • School Logistics: Manage transportation, installation, and testing of technology at each school site.
  • Site Audits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure schools meet operational standards before opening.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues during the setup phase, collaborating closely with operations teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, deployments, or operations management.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Technical aptitude and familiarity with educational technology or IT systems.
