Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Description:
This role involves assisting in communication with internal departments, external partners, and community members to convey important information, requests, or updates. You will serve as a point of contact for stakeholders seeking assistance or clarification on projects, initiatives, or collaborations.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft correspondence, emails, or reports as directed by the liaison officer to ensure clear communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, or events involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials, ensuring timely distribution of documents.
  • Take minutes during meetings, highlighting key discussion points, action items, and decisions.
  • Update databases, contact lists, and relevant documentation to keep stakeholder information current.
  • Gather data for reports, presentations, or decision-making.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Support in resolving conflicts or concerns raised by stakeholders professionally and promptly.
