Job Title: Accounts Manager

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to manage all aspects of our company's financial transactions, including payables and receivables, bank deposits, and import documentation.

This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and minimum 3 years of work experience as an Accountant are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits, and import documentation
  • Prepare financial bidding documents
  • Handle monthly and annual returns
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Audit financial transactions and documentation
  • Handle all import-related procedures and documentation

To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience handling freight forwarders and clearing agents for air and sea shipments.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as an Accountant
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
