Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple client or internal projects, leading a collaborative web team to ensure the successful execution of website development, revamps, and migrations. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical understanding to effectively manage the development, maintenance, and performance optimization of websites and landing pages.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the website team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear priorities, assign tasks, provide constructive feedback, and promote accountability across the team.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and consistently follow standardized workflows and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities

As a Web Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing, and executing website projects including new development, revamps, and migrations.
  • Creating and managing project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are complete on time and meet quality standards.
  • Overseeing quality assurance to ensure websites meet functional, design, usability, and performance expectations.
  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving internal workflows and processes for website development, migration, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in website management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a USA-based organization.
  • Proven leadership experience managing web teams and overseeing multiple client or internal projects.
  • Proficiency in popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with website development tools, hosting platforms, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting abilities.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working on-site, Monday to Friday, 8AM EST to 5PM USA EST (Evening Shift). The ideal candidate should be able to work independently while effectively managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
