Dynamic Logistics Specialist

  • Serve as the primary contact for all corporate customers, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain communication with carriers and agents regarding vessel arrival and container release status.
  • Cargo management involves supervising transshipment and delivery queries.
  • Promptly update customers on shipment status and cargo position.
  • Collaborate with CFS yard teams for paper follow-up and ANF compliance.

We seek an experienced logistics professional with a proven track record in managing customer expectations.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Able to meet deadlines under pressure.
