As we scale operations, we're looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executives to join our team. You'll play a critical role in driving new business by onboarding shippers and helping them move their freight seamlessly through our network.

What You'll Do:

- Prospect and connect with potential shippers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn

- Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their freight needs

- Pitch GoSwift's logistics solutions and close new shipping accounts

- Collaborate with our carrier and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets

- Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and freight dynamics

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in freight sales, logistics, transportation, or B2B sales (preferred)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership

- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with CRM systems and freight platforms is a plus
