About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Community Mobilizer. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community mobilization plans to promote our organization's services
  • Conduct community assessments to identify needs and priorities
  • Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
  • Organize community events and activities to raise awareness about our services
  • Mobilize refugees' communities towards program activities
  • Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to ensure access to services
  • Maintain accurate records of community mobilization activities

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Experience: Three years of community mobilization experience, preferably with displaced Afghan nationals.
