Supply Chain Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to spearhead our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth, optimize efficiency, and minimize costs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance, improve vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Design and implement advanced logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely delivery and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Certification in supply chain management is desirable.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including international trade.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and advanced reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
