Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

This role is a contract-based position within the Planning and Development (P&D) Board. It plays a crucial part in supporting the department's operational needs, ensuring that day-to-day tasks run smoothly.

  • Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in administration or finance
  • Qualification: Graduation (14 Years) in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

The Administrative Support Specialist will manage essential administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the department. Key duties include:

Administrative Tasks:
  • Record Meeting Minutes and Transcripts: Keep accurate records of meetings and share with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage Files and Records: Organize and maintain updated records for easy access.
  • Organize Meetings and Schedules: Arrange meetings and plan departmental activities.
Financial and Office Management Duties:
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Track expenses, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain budgets.
  • Prepare Financial Documents: Generate bills, contracts, and invoices as needed.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor office supplies and report shortages to management.
Additional Responsibilities:

This role may involve additional tasks assigned by higher authorities, making flexibility valuable for potential candidates.
