Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Alliances Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships with key service providers, driving business growth through joint services and collaborative engagements.
This role is crucial in identifying and cultivating long-term alliances that support our company's expansion in AI and data services, focusing on delivering value through joint services and collaborative engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce) and technology consulting firms to expand service offerings and reach new markets.
- Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities through partnerships, focusing on driving mutual growth through AI and data services.
- Engagement Management: Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our services in AI, data analytics, and cloud services.
- Client and Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, ensuring the long-term success of strategic alliances.
- Monitor and Optimize Partnerships: Continuously assess the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure alignment with business goals and service delivery expectations.
- Joint Marketing and Pipeline Development: Collaborate closely with partners to organize and co-host events, build joint pipelines, and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: Business, Technology, or related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years in alliance management, business development, or partnerships in a service-oriented environment.
- General understanding: AI, data analytics, and cloud services.
- Proven experience: Establishing and managing partnerships with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce) and other service providers.
- Relationship-building skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Negotiation skills: Strong ability to manage complex partnership agreements.
