Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to develop and refine our fundraising strategy, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to secure grants and funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue potential fundraising opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop project proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Manage correspondence, notes, and contact information to track progress and follow up on leads.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to support organizational goals, evaluating campaign effectiveness and creating engaging presentations.
  • Craft compelling grant proposals to secure funds from organizations and institutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of securing grants from various donors, including corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of seniority.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours when necessary.
