We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities and ensuring the delivery of robust, reliable software solutions.

About the Position

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of test strategies, detailed plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing approaches.

This role will also involve partnering with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, promptly resolve defects, and advocate for product quality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test strategies and detailed plans for manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing for diverse product lines and releases.
  • Design and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and resolve defects.
  • Analyze requirements and identify comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Lead defect triage meetings and prioritize defect resolution based on business impact.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and toolsets.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and cultivate a culture of quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Certifications in QA or testing methodologies highly desirable.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in both manual and automation testing environments.
  • Expertise in regression testing, API testing, and all phases of the software testing lifecycle.
  • Hands-on proficiency with test management and automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
