At the heart of our development hub in Lahore, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our QA team as a senior testing manager. You will be responsible for driving the quality assurance process and ensuring the delivery of exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks for our mobile and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Design and execute test strategies to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain automated test cases to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in QA or equivalent discipline.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with database, web, and mobile technologies, particularly iOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
