Advertising Marketing Manager

This is a high-level marketing position responsible for implementing and managing the company's advertising strategy from a business, sales, and technical perspective.

The Advertising Marketing Manager will initiate and manage discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies, negotiate agreements with outside sales representatives, and manage the development of sales materials including media kits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, agencies, and sales representatives.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive successful ad campaigns.

A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, combined with at least 7 years of experience in marketing management, is required for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

This position reports directly to a head of a unit/department and requires a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
