Brand Management Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Brand Management Specialist to assist in the day-to-day management of Amazon accounts. As a key member of our team, you will support senior brand managers in executing account tasks, monitor listing health, and coordinate between various teams to ensure task alignment.

You will work closely with our specialists to learn how to manage accounts end-to-end and directly impact brand performance. Key responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day account tasks, monitoring account KPIs, coordinating between teams, preparing weekly/monthly performance reports, drafting and submitting support cases to Amazon, keeping client sheets updated, and taking ownership of smaller accounts or specific tasks over time.

Required skills and qualifications include 6-12 months of experience in Amazon account support, catalog, or operations, basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its key modules, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, willingness to learn and grow into a full brand manager role, and good written English for client communication and Amazon case writing.

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with reporting tools or performance dashboards, familiarity with Amazon marketplaces beyond the US, experience in catalog uploads, PPC basics, or keyword research, and project management exposure (ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools).
