Job Title: Senior Financial Executive

Role Overview

The role of a Senior Financial Executive involves providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth, while ensuring effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret and provide financial information to inform business decisions, leveraging advanced analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize financial performance, minimize risk, and maximize efficiency.
  3. Conduct research and reporting on factors influencing business performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending targeted solutions.
  4. Lead cost-reduction initiatives through regular reviews and evaluations, implementing measures to reduce costs and enhance profitability.
  5. Oversee the management of financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
  6. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors, solicitors, bankers, and statutory organizations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and legislation, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Supervise staff to ensure effective team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance individual and team capabilities.
