Financial Partner Role

As a financial partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial implications of business initiatives and projects.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
Budgeting & Forecasting:

You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and addressing variances.

Strategic Partnership:

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial and strategic guidance to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function and across business operations.

Project Management:

Support the implementation of key projects and initiatives, ensuring financial considerations are incorporated into project planning and execution.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
