Strategic Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our organization as a Chartered Accountant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's long-term goals and growth objectives in the US healthcare market. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. Develop robust financial models to support new initiatives, partnerships, and market expansions within the US healthcare system.
    • Oversee all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing. Ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
    • Deep understanding and oversight of the US healthcare revenue cycle, including coding, claims submission, denials management, and payer relations for mental health services.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all US GAAP, healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute), and tax requirements.
    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize financial resources. Develop and implement strategies for effective working capital management.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks. Implement strong internal controls and maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.
    • Built, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal departments (operations, clinical, technology) and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, legal counsel).
