Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the position of Research Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, be able to read and summarize large volumes of documents, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on assigned projects by reading and analyzing project documentation, engaging with vendors to discuss project details, and negotiating prices.
- Read and analyze project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate prices with vendors while ensuring the best value for the company.
- Complete documentation for proposal submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in research or a related field.
- Strong English reading skills, including the ability to read and summarize large volumes of documents.
- Fluent English communication skills, including negotiation skills.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in creating and managing Google Docs/Spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors.
Work Environment
