As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that constantly pushes the boundaries to enhance and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

The role requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills to promote substantial business impact by addressing diverse challenges across various technologies and applications. You will be responsible for developing secure and high-quality production code, reviewing and debugging code written by others, and driving decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Developing secure and high-quality production code, and reviewing and debugging code written by others
  • Driving decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
  • Serving as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
  • Actively contributing to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Knowledge in building applications from scratch and coming up with the architectural decisions
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Advanced in one or more programming language(s) and front-end technologies:Java, Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, REST, Angular/React, TypeScript, CSS, HTML
  • Good knowledge in databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL and S3
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
