The Kaghan Memorial Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Programme Team at its Head Office in Islamabad. As a Programme Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting fundraising efforts, communicating with donors and sponsors, and performing various tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Fundraising:
    • Preparation of proposals, presentations, and documentation for donors;
    • Organisation of fundraising events.
  2. Communication:
    • With donors and child sponsors;
    • Between the school and the Head Office.
  3. Assisting the Programme Team with other tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree, two years of relevant work experience, strong communication skills, and excellent English writing and speaking skills. Experience in writing donor proposals and grant requests is highly desirable.

You must be a team player who can follow instructions from supervisors and lead independently when needed. A firm commitment to the organisation's objectives and a willingness to work for at least one year are essential.
