Job Description

Maintain and update financial records accurately to ensure the integrity of our company's financial portfolio.

Process invoices and client billing in a timely manner to meet deadlines and uphold business relationships.

Verify bank transactions and perform reconciliations to guarantee accuracy and prevent financial discrepancies.

Manage accounts payable and receivable effectively to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.

Prepare comprehensive financial and management reports to inform strategic decision-making.



Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in a co-working space environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of financial software applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Reporting Skills, with experience in creating financial reports and analysis.
  • Bank Reconciliation skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Accounts Payments Handling expertise, with a strong understanding of financial procedures.
  • Vendor Finance Management skills, with experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Transaction Operations Handling experience, with a focus on processing financial transactions efficiently.


Education and Work Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • ACCA / CA Part Qualified, with a focus on professional certification.

Work Experience:

  • 2 Years of relevant work experience, preferably with exposure to SAP and ERP systems, with a focus on finance and accounting.
