We are seeking a skilled finance expert to fill the position of Business Finance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales trends, product mix, discounts, trade offers, and margins to inform strategic business decisions, ensuring optimal revenue growth and market share.
  • Prepare and monitor actual vs budgeted numbers, and perform variance analysis to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for key sales KPIs and financial metrics, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance across regions and distributor channels, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining segment-wise Profit & Loss statements (P&Ls) to provide accurate financial insights and support business strategy.
  • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews and decision-making through timely financial insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data related to Local Sales in ERP systems and reporting platforms.
  • Contribute to cost-to-serve, receivables, and channel incentive analysis to optimize business operations and reduce costs.
  • Analyze production variances, wastages, and cost trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
Requirements:
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g. ACMA, ICMA, ACCA, CA).
  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG setup, with a proven track record of financial analysis and management.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen, with ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience using ERP systems (Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities, with strong organizational and time management skills.
