Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop customer-centric strategies, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide clients through change management during telematics solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration into fleet operations.
  • Contribute to sales process improvement and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral and resources, ensuring they are current and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly during technology implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer solutions and sales strategies.
