Job Title: Lead Auditor QMS, EMS, OHSAS

Bachelors PGD in Quality Assurance.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Auditor to review and improve hospital policies, procedures, and processes for continuous monitoring and improvement of Healthcare Quality and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Review, improve, and implement hospital policies, procedures, and processes to streamline workflows and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Quality Management System (QMS): Establish, implement, and maintain the QM and QSP as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Joint Commission Accreditation (JCI) Policy and Procedures: Compile JCI policy and procedures under the supervision of the Director/Principal, and coordinate their implementation across departments.
  • Quality Objectives and Performance Indicators: Coordinate and provide guidelines on developing quality objectives and performance indicators according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Documentation and Records: Maintain QMS documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Training and Education: Participate in planning, development, coordination, and presentation of specific training programs assigned by the Principal/Director.
  • Guidelines and Support: Provide guidance to hospitals regarding quality implementation, working closely with the Director/Principal.
  • Audits and Quality Reviews: Design, schedule, and conduct quality review audits to assess healthcare facilities and services.
  • MRM/Internal & External Quality Audits: Schedule and prepare MRM/internal & external quality audits as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of incidents/non-compliances and observations of internal/external audits under supervision.
  • Quality Assignments: Follow up on quality assignments to maintain a check on quality management systems.
  • Frequent Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report non-compliances/observations to the Director/Principal.
  • Data Analysis: Work on data analysis of quality activities across different hospitals.
  • Review Timeline: Develop a review timeline for pertinent quality of care issues.
Requirements:
  • Computer Proficiency: Good command of computer/MS Office skills.
  • Coping with Stress: Ability to cope with stress and handle multiple assignments.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Quality Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of Quality Management/ISO/JCI accreditation process.
