Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through rigorous testing and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the stability, functionality, and performance of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide detailed reports on test results, defects found, and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in QA, with a strong background in software testing.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
